Guide: Martha Jones is a medical student, training to be a Doctor in the Royal Hope hospital when she is asked about a paitent, John Smith (the Doctor). During the course of her duties however, the entire hospital is lifted onto the Moon by the Judoon.
The Judoon are attempting to find a Plasmavore who is hiding in the hospital, but the Plasmavore is ready, and is already in hiding. The Judoon set about looking for an alien, someone who doesn't read 'human' on their scanners. This spells bad news for the Doctor who is, of course, a Time-Lord, so he sets out to find the Plasmavore before the Judoon find him and Martha Jones lends a helping hand.
When the Doctor does find the Plasmavore, it is planning to blow up half of the Earth with an MIR machine, when the Doctor informs it that the Judoon have increased their security checks, to which the Plasmavore responds by drinking the Doctor's blood, thinking she'll be assumed human again. But when the Judoon come to scan her again, she is revealed to be none-human, due to drinking a Time-Lords blood.
The Judoon take their prisoner and leave Martha with the Doctor seemingly dead. She starts CPR and he begins to breath again, and then reveals that he has two hearts.
At the end of the episode, with the MRI machine stopped and the hospital back on Earth, Martha runs into the Doctor again who explains to her about the TARDIS and agrees to take her on one trip, as way of thank you.
