Cheers mate.......I think lol

Surgeon discharged me yesterday as they have done as much as they can now.

I'm still under the Hospital physio though and I'm back there on Friday.

As soon as the pain and soreness stops the better but at least I feel it is getting easier.

Surgeon 1: "We can rebuild him, we have the technology"
Surgeon 2: "Nah, not this one, we've done all we can but there's no fixing that, discharge him"

Glad you're on the mend JJ, fingers crossed physio goes well Smile

Good to see you are sorted and getting some bike time in. Take it easy on the 'e-bike widowmaker' though. Obviously has a bit too much power for you! Wink

Cheers matey, Physio left me with an open ticket for the next 2 months so if I don't phone them in the mean time then he will then discharge me too. Just need to carry on with the physio on my own.

Been for a ride again this morning but this time took the 29er.
Thought I'd best try it out and see how my lungs and legs felt after a long time out the saddle.

Rich was pleased to see I wasn't on the ebike as he gets grumpy when I just leave him standing on the climbs looking over my shoulder just grinning at him lol

Well I managed 20 miles with a bit of climbing and I was blowing out my ass and legs burning on most of the climbs but was pleased I got round.

I now need to start and get out twice or three times a week to start and get back in to it or this summer is going to be hard work (or I could use the ebike more) Smile
