Throttle Monkey App

anyone on here that can make a throttle monkey app for our smart phone?

Good shout. A quick google and I found 'Forum Touch', which is an app for this forum software and not something Old Yella still does to Feen!


Do you have an android phone?

If yes, use this (its free) : https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...ouch&hl=en

Once downloaded open the app.

Press the three little circles in bottom right of the screen.
Press 'Add Forum'.

Fill in as follows :

Forum Name: Throttlemonkey

Forum URL: http://dw4n.com/ThM/index.php

Username: Input your forum username

Password: Input your password.


The bit ^^ in bold is very important. Put it in exactly as it is there. The app needs the 'MyBB' forum name to recognise the forum.

Once you have done that it will put 'Throttlemonkey' on your screen in the 'forum list' as you open the app. Press it and it loads the forum. Press again for the sections.

*Edit: An iphone alternative looks to be 'Forum Runner' but its £1.49 https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/forum-ru...27234?mt=8 ... If you want to search for a free one in Itunes, you need on that supports 'MyBB'.

The forum touch app is very easy to navigate.

When you read a post through the forum touch app, if you want to reply to press the three small circles in bottom right of the screen again and 'Reply' option is there.

Not checked Shell, but if you have an 'app' store just search for 'MyBB' forum app. Hopefully as these apps tend to be generic they cover many different types of forums so there should be one on windows platform.
