We are a catalan family company. From the beginning, on September 2010, Sushibo has been the operating brand of Harakirifish SL in Barcelona. hotels and several businesses all around the city. As a healthy and nutritious food, due to its low fat levels and high protein content, our sushi is made fresh daily in our kitchen. We cover an extensive range of services: we own two restaurants, besides the take away & delivery service, an online food shop, catering service and private parties hosting. Our team is always growing (we are 15 by now) to make our tasks possible 365 days per year. Each of both restaurants has its own character. Sushibo Mitre is a modern, functional space near Lesseps square, from where we prepare and manage our delivery service, besides the take away & food shop. Mitre also works as a restaurant, with a large sushi selection and hot dishes. Sushibo Casanova is a welcoming space in the heart of the Eixample. Its menu contains several hot and cold dishes as well as the specialty which make us unique: the Sushiexperience, an assorted dish of creative sushi prepared particularly for each table. Our sushi and hot dishes are elaborated with high sushibo casanova quality ingredients which are selected from the best suppliers in the market (both national and international). The experience and knowledge of our chefs make possible the creation of an extensive variety of dishes, from the traditional ones to the most creative. We have strict food handling protocols to guarantee that our ingredients are in perfect sanitary conditions. All our ingredients are fresh and flavorsome thanks to the right conservation as is requested by regulation. In our shop you will find all the necessary to prepare sushi at home, from rice and sauces to an extensive selection of seaweeds (perfect for vegetarians). We also offer Sushi workshops and wine tastings, that’s why we recommend you to take a look on our website and also to visit us sometime!
