With regards to replacement parts - Dunno. 
I just drop it off, get told the damage and then pick it up. I work on the principle that if the bike needs it - It has it. Never moan as they charge me for parts fitted with my discount (no labour). 

I did question the BB - but Jamie said he could see it had been well greased (I was there when it was fitted and it was packed with grease) but it had been stripped out. Looks like the fecking copious amounts of excess salt they have been using every other day has done the damage.
