Just got back into work (was at Snetterton without much internet over the weekend). Took the bike to a garage yesterday to get safety checked (frame, etc.) and apparently it's still road safe as most of the damage is to the plastic surrounds and scrapes. Fairly lucky in that. Most pain has subsided, I had a bit in my neck Thursday/Friday but that's now gone and I can move my shoulder around better so another few days should see the last twinges ease up hopefully.
Fingers crossed it doesn't happen again!
