*Some would say this means 'Explosive Power Development' and is a training technique in cycling. Speedy, being all upset and naming his work out - "EPD Session - Shit" told another story altogether for me. Being the sympathetic chap that I am, I initially gave him genuine words of encouragement to reinstate his self worth and then later on gave him a link to help him out ....
