They do record all phonecalls. I used this to my advantage to get my credit. If you get charged, phone up and demand they listen to the transcript. Speak to a manager ideally. Don't ask for a copy of it (they can and will charge you). You won't need to as once it confirms you are in the right they will sort it out. Bunch of muppets.
