Had a meander home on the bike tonight. Tomorrow is a rest day and I now work from home on a Friday. Phone lines diverted from work, accounts software upto date on my laptop. That leaves one thing to do tonight ...

What is it about a pint glass, a beer mat and the froth that makes me want one. I don't drink pints. I'm not even a big drinker.
I have noticed however, that I have become one of those who buys wine with the weekly shop, and I tend to need a glass most nights...for medicinal purposes you must understand

All good. Went out late (after a bike ride) and didn't go mad on a school night.

Thursday has been my drink night since training as I always have a rest day on a Friday. Don't go mad but have a good few glasses of wine.
