Hi ho; hi ho, it's back to Tel Aviv I go - Rick - 03-16-2015

Oh happy happy, joy joy.
It's back to the land of kibbutz and kosher food. Only this time I'm about 5 mile from Syria.
My company is a tad fretting; but i mentioned that IS may be psychotic murdering scumbag nutters. But they only specialise in murdering women, unarmed prisoners in cages and children.
They might be f@cking crackers; but they arnt that dumb to mess with the IDF. They would help our IS mates meet thier imaginary maker real quick.
I just wish the food was better; still grey goose in tel aviv airport for £24

Well, it's the last night in Israel.

I've been to Nazereth; but Jesus weren't home. A bit rum in my opinion; since I'd made the effort to go all the way there.

Then to the Sea of Galilee; now if you'd seen the place you'd understand the term "poetic licence ". Sea no; Lake yes.
The river Jordan is supposed to wash your sins away; well your sins had best be ankle deep and washable in murky water.
Do I dislike this country; no.

But would I visit it; no as well.

Not my cup of tea darlings.

But I'm sure it'll look nice when they finish it.

Not somewhere I'd specifically travel to, but putting the Religious element to one side - It's a place I'd be happy visiting if I was there for another reason like yourself. So much history.

Hate to break it to you mate, but he died. Shame no bugger bothered to tell you before you travelled all that way. He did (allegedley - think it was reported in The Daily Sport) 'rise again', but just had a couple of Easter Eggs then buggered off to see his Dad. Wink Big Grin

I do love the whole history thing myself; but working 13 hr days doesn't leave much time for sightseeing.

I thought jesus lives; that's what all the Bible bashers keep telling me. Big let down in my book; that's the problem with these supposed songs of gods, there just not reliable. I thought his dad would have told him I was on me way; that's what used to happen to me when I was a kid. And we never even had mobiles then.
Still the next port of call looks like Kampala or Accra or maybe even Abidjan.. It depends who coughs up the cash first.

Nah. You've been watching too much 'Life of Brian'. Or is it 'The Simpsons'. Bloody indoctrination what ever it is. Big Grin
