Well after telling me I could only have a like for like replacement hub my new hub turned up this morning, a hub 4 the saying the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing springs to mind? That said i'm expecting a charge on my bill even though I rejected the offer of a charge.

They do record all phonecalls. I used this to my advantage to get my credit. If you get charged, phone up and demand they listen to the transcript. Speak to a manager ideally. Don't ask for a copy of it (they can and will charge you). You won't need to as once it confirms you are in the right they will sort it out. Bunch of muppets.
