Eye test today

Stitches out. Yaayyy. Been told no exertion as with it being a very deep cut to the knee the nurse was concerned it could open - so have to take it easy (no cycling or running). Booooooo.

Did just shy of a 9 mile walk yesterday, feeling it today.
