Guide: The Master is sentence to death on Skaro by the Daleks, and the Doctor is called to take his remains back to Gallifrey. But the Master breaks free and causes the TARDIS to crash land in 1999.
The Doctor steps out of the TARDIS and is immediatly shot. He goes to hospital but can't be saved and so is forced to regenerate into his Eighth incarnation. Meanwhile, the Master (pictured below) has gained a body and has opened the Eye of Harmony in the TARDIS. He plans to steal the remainder of the Doctor's lives for himself.
The Doctor is caught by The Master and the universe is set to be destroyed. But The Doctor escapes and after a struggle, The Master is thrown into the Eye of Harmony and the Doctor sets off again. At the very end, the TARDIS gives a lurch again and the end credits role.
